Position Overview

As a Gaming Voice Over & Dubbing Specialist, you will play a key role in our localized audio production pipeline. You will be the voice and personality behind characters, narrators, in-game cutscenes, and tutorial audio. Your mission is to deliver authentic, high-quality audio performances that align perfectly with character personas, lip-sync/timing requirements, and culturally nuanced tone while maintaining peak acoustic standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake all voice acting, dubbing, and recording duties assigned by Project Managers.
• Perform character voices, dialogue, narration, and atmospheric vocalizations based on game scripts and director notes.
• Ensure accurate pronunciation, emotional depth, pacing, and natural tone suited to target language audiences.
• Match lip-sync, phrase timing, and audio markers provided in game localization scripts.
• Record clean, high-quality home studio audio (low noise floor, no room echo or distortion) following specified sample rates and file formats.
• Identify and correct pronunciation errors or script awkwardness during recording sessions.
• Provide clean, organized raw or lightly processed audio takes according to file naming conventions.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers under tight, fast-paced deadlines.

 Requirements:

• Native or near-native fluency in your target language, with strong proficiency in English (for script comprehension and direction).
• Experience in Voice Acting, Dubbing, Audio Production, or a related field.
• Deep passion for games, character acting, narrative storytelling, and gaming culture.
• Access to a professional home recording setup (condenser microphone, audio interface, pop filter, soundproof/treated recording environment, and DAW software).
• Strong ability to self-direct, take feedback, adapt vocal tone, and deliver requested adjustments promptly.
• Versatility in vocal range, accents, age tones, or character archetype performance is a strong plus.
• Strong time management skills to handle tight deadlines and quick turnarounds.
