Position Overview

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will play a critical role in our localization pipeline, overseeing project delivery from scope to final polish. We’re seeking a high-energy individual who is passionate about languages and gaming to help us maintain our standard of excellence across every region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Project Manager in the end-to-end execution of game localization cycles, ensuring smooth transitions from kickoff to final delivery
  • Liaise with a diverse network of international linguists and QA testers to maintain workflow across time zones
  • Rigorously track project timelines, hitting every milestone and ensuring on-time deliverables
  • Prepare and curate comprehensive project documentation, terminology databases, and linguistic style guides
  • Act as a central bridge between internal departments and external partners to keep all parties in sync
  • Audit localized assets to ensure linguistic integrity and quality
  • Streamline administrative processes including file organization, status reporting, and invoicing support
  • Identify and communicate potential project risks or delays when needed

 Requirements:

  • Native-level Indonesian fluency paired with advanced English proficiency
  • Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Translation, Language or a relevant discipline (equivalent practical experience considered)
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage complex organizational workflows
  • Leadership potential and a collaborative spirit
  • Exceptional attention to detail, highly self-driven, and a creative problem-solver
  • Superior written and oral communication skills in English
  • Previous exposure to localization lifecycles and CAT tools is highly advantageous
  • Prior background in translation, LQA, or Game Testing is a strong asset
  • Deep passion for the gaming industry and culture
  • Deadline-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced setting

  • Must be available for on-site placement at our Yogyakarta branch
